All these fields are currently crowded except medicine. Nobody knows what it will look like 5 years down the road. As a JD, I can tell you that there just aren’t any jobs for lawyers right now and many are wondering whether all the new lawyers on the market right now will make it difficult for future lawyers to find jobs. I have a secure job, but decided a few years back to pursue an MBA to make myself more marketable. I’m glad I did it, but it really isn’t necessary unless you find yourself working in the corporate legal department of some large corporation (which I do).
Law and business are cutthroat fields and you can’t count on high pay.
The medical field may be changing rapidly and it may be exciting to be involved in the evolution.

If you get an MBA you are overqualified but if you don’t get it they (employers, friends, family, business magazines) tell you that you need one to be succesful.
Also, everyone is offering MBA programs online and it is easier to get one without even leaving home. it is crazy. how can you be a future leader without even interacting with people or instructors?
