Its hard to compare a bachelors degree to a masters degree. ” I am assuming the stats for the FE and IE are for bachelors degrees”. I am a senior IE student my personal opinion is that IE is the best undergraduate degree ” My school does not have FE, and I know little about it and am not considering it, in my post”. I think the MBA is the best masters degree for an Engineer, because many end up in management positions, strictly looking at monetary values. I am actually writing a paper on what is the best option to pursue after graduating from IE. My conclusion is the the IE and MBA tandem creates a very powerful educational background and much opportunity to excel. I plan on checking back, for possible ideas to add to my paper.

I would definitely recommend you explore the career opportunity for both. Like nowadays, the financial industry is ruined, but later when recover, FE definitely has better chance for employment. =)
